A position has arisen for a candidate who has experience within marketing or advertising compliance
to work in an extremely successful financial services organisation.
Duties of this role will include:
• Review and approve promotional and communications material to the standards of the Financial Promotions process.
• Develop and maintain the required knowledge to approve these materials.
• Deliver robust and accurate MI on the approvals processes.
• Achieve key performance indicators
• Identify and work with key internal customers to understand their needs and to deliver effective service solutions.
• Deliver compliant Financial Promotions to key customers.
• Ensure that company is not exposed to any regulatory criticism or reputational risk
Qualifications/Experience required
• FPC ( or equivalent) – essential
• AFPC (or equivalent) – preferred
• Detailed knowledge of FSA financial promotion rules and other relevant legislation
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Marketing or Advertising compliance role
• Excellent communication skills
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent organisational skills
